Internal Chain Reaction

  1. Map out at least 3 situations where you felt either lost, overwhelmed, depressed, in panic, disempowered, out of control, ‘crazy’, or ready to give up on your relationship.
  2. For each of these 3 situations, map the chain of events and internal emotions that led to such intense emotional reactions.
  3. For each of these 3 situations, identify the specific fears, beliefs, expectations, and judgments that were at play at every stage of the chain reaction.

Over time, use this mapping process for all conflicts and state of negative thinking and emotions that has occurred throughout your relationship and life so that eventually you can be in a state of equanimity and unconditional, and get the results that you want in life.
