COVID-19 has brought new challenges to everyone, in some way or another.  Whether you’ve felt financially, emotionally, mentally, socially, or physically stressed as a result of this pandemic, we can help you understand when, where, how, and why you’ve responded to COVID-19 with stress and how to change that stress response.

If left unmanaged, stress can cause biological and physical imbalances as well as affect our mood, emotions, mindset, focus, and our relationship dynamics, etc.

In this free workshop, we’ll facilitate you to navigate these challenging times that have  brought about many uncertainties and triggered in most of us the fear of the unknown.

This workshop is about 1 h and will primarily focus on answering your personal questions, a short teaching, and practicing techniques that can help you reduce and release stress.  Once you register for this workshop, you’ll be able to login and access the Zoom link.  If you can’t attend live or simply want to rewatch, a few days after the workshop has ended, the workshop will be available as a recording.
