Description

This workshop can help you shift your relationship to your own negative thoughts and emotions by realizing that whenever you say, “I feel this because of that”, you are actually operating from a very common and mostly unrecognized form of unconscious illusion.

For example, “I feel stressed because of the leak in my house“.

Each day, we find another reason to feel stressed. This begs the question, is it really the external circumstance driving the stress? Or… is our addiction to stress driving how we relate to the external circumstance…

Maybe we can put down the stress, and just deal with the leak. Maybe this way, fewer stressful events will happen in our lives and we can navigate life with more calm, joy, wiser choices.

The illusion that the external that is causing the internal this keeps us stuck in the negative emotion, disempowered to constructively change the internal negative emotion and external circumstance, and supposed victims to life.

The “that” is actually just a mental justification for “this” internal negative emotion that has become our uncomfortable comfort zone – the feelings that we’ve been feeling for so long, perhaps picked up from parents in childhood, that they are now familiar and safe to us.  We don’t even feel like ourselves without them. Sort of like that saying, “hate to live with them, hate to live without them”.

Discovering the teachings we’re providing in the workshop will give you precious perspective to break free from the negative thoughts and emotions that you repeat in your life and that may have become a habit and even part of your identity and personality.

And don’t worry, you’re in good company. 99.999% of our species is operating from this unconscious ego dynamic that we’re going to help you become more conscious of and resolve more of in this workshop.
