Releasing Negative Emotions: I am my…

Releasing Fears and Negative Emotions

The same process applied to the clearing of fears can be used to clear other negative emotions.

_____________________________________________________________________

The generic statement to use in the release of NEGATIVE EMOTIONS is as follows;

I AM MY ________________________*

(*negative emotion)

_____________________________________________________________________

Another generic statement that can be used to clear other NEGATIVE FEELING STATES about oneself or towards others is;

I AM MY FEELING OF/ THAT__________________**

(**negative feeling)

_____________________________________________________________________

Similarly, it is useful to use a completely personalized process for the clearing of HATRED, which happens to be a very specific and intense negative emotion that can be energetically overwhelming and extremely destructive to oneself and others.

The generic state used for the clearing of HATRED towards oneself or others is as follows;

I AM MY HATRED OF ___________________ ***

(***person, character trait, self, etc.)

_____________________________________________________________________

In the same manner, it is worthwhile to release judgmentalness through an individual statement, as follows;

I AM MY JUDGMENT OF _________________***

(***person, character trait, self, etc.)

_____________________________________________________________________

Following are 5 of the most universal negative emotions shared amongst human beings that are worth clearing out of your system forever by using the above statement. While it might be difficult to admit that these emotions exist within us, the process of acknowledging that we do – even if at very subconscious levels, is the first step in the process of releasing them.

I AM MY SHAME

I AM MY GUILT

I AM MY SELF-LOATHING (hatred of self)

I AM MY JUDGMENT OF JUDGMENTALISM****

I AM MY PAIN*****

I AM MY FEAR

****Releasing judgmentalism is extremely useful. It covers both the release of judgments we have of ourselves and judging our own judgment as well as the judgment of others judging us. By using this statement, we can begin to release the energetic impact it has on us

*****This statement is very useful as the process of acknowledging pain and our tendency to avoid pain (whether consciously or subconsciously) as one of the main drivers of all our decisions is the first step in accessing its energy and thereby our ability to release it. It is also a great statement if you are unable to identify the root fear so that you can start getting in touch with the negative emotions that arises as a result of the fear.
