  5. How about specific fears, beliefs, expectations and judgments that you have in regards to your partner and your relationship?
  6. Are these fears, beliefs, expectations and judgments in alignment with your relationship goals and intentions?
  7. Have they helped you get better results in your relationship, or have they lead to negative feelings, emotions, blame, and pain?
  8. Do you see the value of letting go of fears, beliefs, expectations, and judgments in your pursuit of equanimity and achieving your relationship and life goals?
