Self Love and Loving Others

Most people are looking for something or someone special in their lives.  Something or someone that will help them feel alive, safe, loved, creative, valued, seen, heard, understood, appreciated, and worthy.

What if that something and that someone is you?  What if you could consistently give yourself all of the experiences, qualities, praise, unconditional love, and support that you wish others would give you more often?

Can anyone know you and your individual needs better than you?  Does anyone have more capacity to appreciate everything you have done, been, and experienced in your life better than you?

Who knows your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions, the voices in your head, the experiences you have lived, and the connections you have felt better than you?

And so, to be able to feel and appreciate anything or anyone begins by being able to love and appreciate ourselves.  Unfortunately, we don’t learn that in school.  Or at least, not yet.

A lot of the time, what we’ve learned from parents, teachers, friends, and others around us – who had also learned it from others – doesn’t promote self-acceptance, self-understanding, self-love, self-forgiveness, and self-appreciation.  On the contrary, it’s more of a process of self-expectations, self-judgment, and self-criticism and even, at times, self-punishment when we seem to fail meeting our own expectations.

It’s possible to transcend these negative patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior, and overtime to replace with something much more loving and constructive, i.e. a process that will allow you to achieve your intentions and goals with ease, joy, inner peace, and fulfillment, to remove the stress and anxiety from your life, and to live your life on your own terms.

And as we gradually achieve this personal transformation and internal shift, we attract more and more love, more and more loving people, and more and more opportunities to love ourselves and to share love with others into our lives.

This coming Saturday, June 23rd, 2018, from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm. we’ll be hosting a very special workshop on self-love and attracting love into one’s life.  We’ve centered this workshop around attracting a soulmate, or a loving relationship, to help and facilitate anyone who is desirous to manifest love in their lives.
