Self Sovereign Awareness of Fear
- Identify 5 fears that are most influencing you (negative thoughts and emotions) on a daily basis.
- For each one, follow the ‘if this, then that’ process to identify the string of fears related to each of these 5 fears until you get to the root fears – fear of death and fear of abandonment.
- Consciously clear each fear on the string of fears you’ve identified when you can so that you can start experiencing less negative thoughts and emotions now.
