Self Sovereign Awareness of Fear

  1. Identify 5 fears that are most influencing you (negative thoughts and emotions) on a daily basis.
  2. For each one, follow the ‘if this, then that’ process to identify the string of fears related to each of these 5 fears until you get to the root fears – fear of death and fear of abandonment.
  3. Consciously clear each fear on the string of fears you’ve identified when you can so that you can start experiencing less negative thoughts and emotions now.
