If you have an existing account you will be granted access to the recording within 7 days of the workshop. When it is available, we'll send you an email and you'll be able to access the recording from this page. On that day, all you'll have to do is log in.

Within 7 days of the workshop we'll send you an email telling you we have created your account.  We'll create you account using the email address you used when purchasing your ticket. However, you must reset your password to access the account and recording. To do this, please follow the instructions below and contact Dexter (dexter@dexterandalessandrina.com or 305 606 5941) with any questions.

1. Click here to reset your password.

2. Enter the email you used to purchase the ticket

3. Within 1 - 5 minutes (sometimes longer), you'll receive an email at that inbox to reset your password. The subject line will be "[Life Coaching with DNA] Password Reset". This email will say, "To reset your password, visit the following address..." Click on the password reset link.

4. Enter a password (remember it), and click reset password.

5. If successful, it will say your password has been reset. Click the "Log in" link that appears.

6. Log in using your email (the same one you used to purchase your ticket) and the password you just created.

7. You'll be taken to a page that says, "Welcome to your classes"

8. Scroll down to the workshop you purchased and click on the "Access" button.
