Approach

Alessandrina’s approach integrates trauma-informed nervous system education, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and evidence-based emotional regulation practices to support lasting personal transformation and resilience.

Her work is grounded in polyvagal theory, somatic trauma therapies, attachment-informed approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, mindfulness, meditation, and breath-based nervous system regulation techniques. She helps clients develop greater emotional flexibility, self-awareness, relational intelligence, and the capacity to respond to life with more clarity, balance, and self-trust.

Drawing from both professional training and lived experience, Alessandrina works with the understanding that many emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges are deeply connected to nervous system patterns shaped by stress, trauma, attachment wounds, and chronic dysregulation. Her approach emphasizes safety, compassion, embodiment, and sustainable change rather than performance, force, or symptom suppression.

In addition to contemporary somatic and trauma-informed methodologies, her work is informed by decades of study in mindfulness, contemplative traditions, yoga therapy, breathwork, qi gong, and complementary mind-body practices. These approaches are integrated thoughtfully and appropriately to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system restoration, and deeper mind-body connection.

Through private coaching, guided practices, retreats, and educational programs, Alessandrina supports individuals in strengthening emotional resilience, restoring self-trust, improving relationships, reducing overwhelm, and cultivating a more grounded and connected way of living.

Bio

Alessandrina'sPhotoshoot-32 (1)

I am a trauma-informed life coach, mindfulness teacher, and healer with over 25 years of experience helping people heal, regulate their nervous system, restore self-trust, and create lives that feel fulfilling, balanced, and sustainable.

My work is grounded in cutting-edge somatic and nervous system science. I hold advanced certifications in Somatic Attachment Therapy, Somatic Anxiety Therapy, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Intensive Trauma Treatment. My training includes specialized work with leading experts including Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Stephen Porges, Dr. Arielle Schwartz, Dr. Amelia Barili, Dr. Ann Weiser Cornell, and Dr. Frank Anderson, MD.

In addition to my somatic and polyvagal theory training, I am certified in life coaching, family constellations with Dr. Mark Wolynn, hypnosis, past life regression with Dr. Brian Weiss, mindfulness, meditation, yoga therapy, breathwork, medical qi gong, energy healing (Reiki), Akashic Records, and extraordinary vessel acupuncture. My approach integrates evidence-based nervous system science with ancient wisdom traditions.

I grew up in Paris, France, in a home marked by severe abuse and dysfunction. At 14, following a violent attack by my alcoholic father, I was removed by social services and adopted by the state. I graduated with honors from Paris IX Dauphine University, earning an MBA and launching a high-powered career in international finance. By 23, I was earning a six-figure salary working for Citicorp, Visa International, and American Express, traveling to over 65 countries.

But beneath the polished exterior, I was struggling. Years of unhealed trauma manifested as disordered eating, chronic health issues, dissociation, and emotional pain. These challenges led me to step away from corporate life and turn toward healing.

Through years of meditation, mindfulness practice, spiritual study, intensive inner work, and training under pioneers including Dr. Pat Ogden and Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, I have healed from disordered eating, deep sexual trauma, and chronic illness while continuing to unwind deeper emotional patterns.

Today, I bring this lived wisdom and professional expertise to my clients. I have created over 800 guided meditations, facilitate private sessions and VIP experiential retreats, and teach online courses. Beginning in 2026, I will lead in-person group retreats.

My mission is to hold space for others as they reconnect with their innate wholeness, reclaim their personal power, and embody the peace and clarity they've always deserved.
