Getting triggered is normal, understandable, and happens to almost everyone at some point or another.

In this workshop, 'What to do when you get triggered', we'll help you understand when, where, how, and why you get triggered and what to do to help you quickly shift out of triggered states so that you can experience more calm, joy, inner peace, and harmony in your life and relationships.

The longer we stay in triggered states the more addicted we become to those states that keep us in survival and reduce the quality of our lives, relationships, interactions, our internal experience, and more.  You can learn how to reduce the duration of the triggered state and also identify your triggers and how to constructively work with them so that they cease to control you and your life.

The workshop is about 2 h and includes a teaching, guided meditation to practice what's you've learned and integrate it more deeply so that you can positively shift, and a q&a where you can answer any question.  Once you register for the workshop, you'll be able to login and access the Zoom link.  If you can't attend live or simply want to rewatch, a few days after the workshop has ended, it becomes available as a recording.
